Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states). We do not ship to U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Carriers
We work with a network of trusted shipping carriers and will select the most appropriate carrier for your order based on your delivery address and package size. Carriers may include, but are not limited to:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- DHL eCommerce
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@goivvea.it.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after processing begins. Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address will be the customer‘s responsibility.
